This policy explains how Foundational CAM Audit ("we") handles information you share with us through this website or by email.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email, phone (optional), number of locations and message.
- Documents you send us after we sign an NDA, such as leases and CAM reconciliations.
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry, review your leases and reconciliations, and pursue recovery on your behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run this site and our email (Vercel for hosting, Resend for form delivery, Google Workspace for email), under their own confidentiality and security terms.
- AI service providers we use to analyze documents, under terms that do not allow them to train their models on your data.
- Your landlord, only as needed for a dispute you've approved.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Retention
We keep inquiries and engagement documents only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing troy@fdtn.dev. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
